Hello July We hope you had exciting July 4th Celebrations! A NOTE FROM JENNE... Our local market is in an interesting place currently. We do have more and more homes for sale, and buyer’s seem to be waiting on a market correction, which overall is increasing days on market. Some homes are still selling very quickly, while others are staying on the market significantly longer with much fewer showings. It is a political year with higher interest rates, the gurus say look for rate adjustments by August/September. If this happens, it is projected to bring the multiple offers and competition back into the mix. Questions about the market, I am here to discuss!

1/3 of Single-Family Homes For Sale are Newly Built. Here's what Buyers Need to Know: “It doesn’t mean necessarily that new construction has ramped up,” said Robert Dietz, chief economist of the National Association of Home Builders.
