More info August 24-25 Lazy Daze Arts and Crafts Festival This craft show celebrates the “Lazy Daze” of summer, taking place the last weekend of August and bringing together nearly 300 artists from 16 states across the U.S. Featuring a beer garden, numerous interactive art activities, a kid’s world area and demonstrations from professional craftsmen, Lazy Daze remains a top-rated contemporary crafts festival among the nation. Private Exclusive is a way to list your home on Compass’s internal site only, where all of the agents within Compass can view the property, photos and details If your home meets a buyer’s criteria that is working with a Compass Realtor, this does come into their search to see. There are no days on market. The benefit to sellers: You can set the price to a “Make me Move” price. If it sells this way, you are able to sell your home with no sign in the yard, very few showings and interruptions to your daily life. If you are building a home or have a longer than usual timeline, all of these details can be clearly communicated to make sure the offer that comes in works within what you are looking for. If it does not sell on Private Exclusive, we can sell your home on the public market. On the public market it is best to make sure the pricing reflects the current market and comps for appraisals. A Recent Success Story 100 Merrimont Way in Holly Springs This is an updated lovely home in Holly Springs. They were not really ready to sell because their new home is being built and will not be ready until the end of the year. But the market this year has been a roller coaster, so knowing if the fall would be as strong as the spring was hard to determine. So we decided to list in on Private Exclusive at the dream price, knowing it was higher than comps but it was the number that made it worth it to them to move out a few months earlier than planned.
