She helped us with resources in getting the house ready for sale with staging. painting and professional photography which included inside, outside and a 360 virtual tour. She designed a magazine style brochure that was far superior to anything I had seen before, which was available for all prospective buyers. She promoted the sale prior to the house being on the market and had over 20 appointments for the first day of the showing. We received numerous offers that very first day. Since we have moved, Jenne has stayed involved with post sale necessities which included being there for repairmen and helping us with negotiations with the buyers.

Jenne has excellent marketing skills, and exceptional negotiation techniques with home selling. Her skillset made it possible for our family to get offers way above our list price, and to close on a sales price that was far above our expectations.
